• We will process your order within 24  hours of confirmation but please note that during busy periods allow 2-3 days for us to process your order.

DOMESTIC

• Please allow 3-6 working days for your parcel to arrive.  Rural delivery could take slightly longer.

INTERNATIONAL 

• Delivery to Australia - 5-7 working days from order dispatch
• Delivery to USA & rest of the work - 10-15 working days from order dispatch

Yes we can! Delivery to Australia will take approximately 5 - 7 working days and the rest of the world anywhere between 10-15 working days.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours - after that, the item may have already been dispatched.

To cancel the order, please email studio@amberdawn.co.nz within 24 hours.  Please put CANCEL MY ORDER in the subject line.

Please email studio@amberdawn.co.nz immediately to let us know that you have received the wrong item. We will send you information on how to send your item back and arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.

Due to the nature of our recycled collection, there may be slight imperfections in the fabric - and that’s what we love about using vintage sari.  Each one has its own story to tell.  We do ask that you accept these imperfections, however, if you do believe that your style is faulty please contact us on studio@amberdawn.co.nz

You can return your product for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery as long as the garment is returned in the condition it was sent, must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached.  Sale items are non returnable.

Please email us at studio@amberdawn.co.nz with RETURNS in the subject line to let us know you will be returning the item.

All requests for returns made after the 14 day period from receipt of the item will be denied

We advise you handwash all vintage silk and organic cotton products in luke warm water with a gentle handwash detergent.  Dry naturally on a line - never use a tumble dryer on your garments.  

Always hang your silk garments on a padded hanger.
